GEOKC CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

Donors Recognition Wall

Major Gifts and Planned Giving, the GEOKC Endowment Fund, and the highest giving of a GEOKC Capital Campaign Donation give a significant and golden opportunity to all those prospects who are qualified to display their names permanently on the GEOKC Donor Recognition Wall. Beside the permanent honor opportunity, the permanent naming opportunity includes the name plates, decorated separately and in an architectural manner, to display on the top of the recognition wall. This is the brightest and most attractive spot in the GEOKC facilities and has impressed all participants deeply.

Other Giving Sevas

Daan Peti Seva is for everyone who joins GEOKC and for their shradha (belief) to help and support. Anyone can easily find Daan Peti in GEOKC Bhawan and Ashram Bhawan at the time of visiting. Cash donations are greatly appreciated, including just cash or checks to donate to Daan Peti as Seva. Giving liberally without thought of reward is considered charity and a great seva in Hinduism, we believe.

Gift-in-Kind

Gift-in-kind, also known as in-kind donations, is a kind of charitable giving to nonprofits in which, instead of giving money to buy the most needed goods and services, the goods and services themselves are given. Gifts in kind are mostly distinguished from all other gifts. That’s why not all different kinds of gifts are recommended, but some gifts to charity are called gift-in-kind donations. Examples of gifts include goods such as food, clothing, medicines, furniture, office equipment, and building materials. So, when physical items are contributed in lieu of money, they are called gifts in kind. The performance of some kinds of services, such as providing office space or offering administrative support, may also be counted as a gift. Depending on our needs, there are several different kinds of areas divided into three different sections to accept gift-in-kind donations, which are recommended as follows:

Goods

Services

Expertise

Causes and Giving

GEOKC Causes and Giving includes the right definition of all its expenditures and the way we fulfill our needs. Our needs direct us to reach to a final goal and relate us with two different reasons to start making step into a joint path. These two reasons can be described as Way to Give and Managing Fund. This is our final destination to keep GEOKC always active via supporting Way to Give related campaigns, events, and many other great fundraising options, created for many types of reasons or purposes. The way we manage our funds for future generations is also very important for us to keep GEOKC current and active:
